Job Responsibilities

    • Provide casework management service for individuals and families
    • Provide information and referral services 
    • Conduct intake and risk assessment of cases
    • Provide group work service
    • Conduct community outreach and organise community development/work projects
    • Plan and conduct practice research and evaluation
    • Network with other organisations to galvanise resources for clients
    • Carry out other administrative duties required by the Agency

Job Requirements

    Technical Competencies

    • Degree in Social Work or Counselling
    • Possess at least 0 - 4 years' relevant work experience
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good command of English language and writing skills
    • A good team player, hardworking and independent
    • Ability to speak local dialects would be advantageous

    Core Competencies

    • Ability in attending to and engaging with people
    • Ability in assessing needs and establishing intervention plans
    • Ability in networking with partners for clients and programmes
    • Ability in planning, conducting and evaluating programmes

    • Casework management and counselling service for clients with medium to high risk Family Violence concerns
    • Intake and risk assessment of cases
    • Planning, implementing and evaluating programmes to meet clients’ needs
    • Group work ( support and psychoeducation groups )
    • Community outreach and community development in combating Family Violence
    • Networking and Capacity building initiatives to enhance stakeholder capability in addressing Family Violence
    • Research to build domain-specific knowledge in the local context

Job Responsibilities

    This job entails providing day-to-day administrative and managerial support for the planning and implementation of human resource and other organisational policies and processes.
