We provide consultations face-to-face and over the phone for information about social services and referrals to other community partners.

We work collaboratively with individuals and their families as well as other relevant partners in the community to promote and enhance their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

We facilitate learning, support and therapy through tailored group sessions to promote the psychological and emotional well-being of individuals and families.

We reach out to residents in our community to assess their needs and promote awareness of services and resources available for them.

We run a programme ‘Happy Healthy Hour’ for the elderly bi-monthly on Thursday mornings. They participate in activities to maintain their social, intellectual, physical and emotional well-being, thereby promoting active ageing and overall wellness.
