We create opportunities for seniors to continue to learn new skills and knowledge so as to promote lifelong learning.

We encourage seniors to develop talents and strengths and share them with fellow seniors. This can take the form of leading an activity, imparting skills to other seniors and visiting other charitable organisations.

We provide mental health education and conduct screening for our seniors to detect early signs of depression or dementia.
